Fabric: pre-pleated fabric from Fabricland scrap bin. Then for the waistband I used a green stretch elastic that has a grosgrain ribbon effect. This was from my grandmothers notion stash that she left me.
Notes: This is the best thing to wear for a night out in the winter. It is stylish, comfy, and warm! I even made an identical one for my co-worker.
