Pattern: BurdaStyle’s Pea Coat #102 12/2016
Modification: Sewed this coat true to the pattern as it was for my Coat Couture Sew-Along!
Fabric: Pendleton Wool was one of the sponsors of the sew-along, so I got to work with their amazing wool fabrics. For this coat I used their Melton wool in bamboo color – it was the perfect green for me.
Notes: In the process of creating a sew-along many samples of the pattern must be made. So I have another version of this coat with no closure except for one snap. The no button looks gives a different vibe and aesthetic to the coat.
