Pattern: BurdaStyle’s Maxi Dress #101 04/2017
Modification: Since this project was for a sew-along on BurdaStyle academy I sewed it pretty true to the pattern without any alterations to show the proper construction.
Fabric: Art Gallery Fabrics sponsored the sew-along, so I picked out some of their fun printed jersey fabrics to use.
Notes: This dress style is perfection for not having to wear a bra. The empire seam for the waistband and the bust gathered pieces provide a surprising amount of support – as the dress style is a little bra un-friendly.
