Patterns: BurdaStyle’s Open Cardigan #117 03/2018 & Narrow Skirt #103B 03/2018
Modification: For the cardigan I omitted the pockets since I was working with such finicky fabrics and didn’t want the extra bulk. Then for the skirt I swapped the invisible zipper out for an exposed medal zipper that ran up the enter center back seam.
Fabric: Both of these fabrics are from Shannon Fabrics. The fur is their Luxe Cuddle Glam Gold which is the other color-way of this skirt. The body of the skirt and the cardigan is their Cuddle Suede in Beige, which is by far the easiest faux suede I have ever worked with.
Notes: I may have swapped out the back zipper for an exposed metal one because I cut the skirt a wee bit to small, and the added width of a zipper added that perfect extra amount – and looks awesome!
